The Most Powerful Abs Workout Ever!

Building your core is key to maintaining proper body balance and stability. The core is the starting point for almost all movements and for runners this is no exception. The core is key for any sport, almost the most important of all muscles as it functions as the center of power in your body.

For runners, core stability will support a proper posture, so the rest of the body can follow and align. This will ultimately improve performance and avoid injuries. When you run, the pelvis and lumbar spine act as ‘pivot point’ facilitating movement. Your spine will be stabilized in a way that movement of the extremities will be an efficient process, allowing the transfer of power without waste of energy.

The workout we give can help build your core quick and strong. And the best part, this routine takes less than 10 minutes to complete.

This routine should be done x3 sets with no rest time between exercises and limit rest time to 1 to 1.30 minutes between sets. Each set involves 5 exercises. This workout is an abs killer, and if done properly and regularly you will build a core like never before!
